These terms govern your use of Mainstay Digital Guild's website and services. By using our site, contacting us, or purchasing our services, you agree to them.
Our services
Mainstay Digital Guild designs, builds, hosts, and maintains websites for local businesses. Specific deliverables, pricing, and terms for purchased services are set out in the written agreement provided at signup, which controls if it differs from this page.
Website previews
We prepare design previews ("demos") for businesses using publicly available information. Previews are unpublished drafts presented for the business's consideration — they are clearly labeled as proposals, are not affiliated with or endorsed by the business shown, and are removed or revised promptly on request.
SMS messaging terms
Program. Mainstay Digital Guild sends one-to-one, conversational text messages — such as a website-preview link you requested during a phone call, replies to your questions, and service updates about your website.
Consent. You receive messages only after opting in: by requesting a text from us during a phone conversation, or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies by conversation. Message and data rates may apply — contact your carrier for details. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out at any time by replying STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) — you will be permanently opted out immediately. Reply HELP or email c@mainstaydigitalguild.com for help.
See our Privacy Policy for how mobile information is handled. Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Intellectual property
Site content, designs, and code we create remain ours until the applicable services are paid for as agreed; domain names registered for clients are registered in the client's name, as described in the client agreement.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our site or services, attempt unauthorized access, or use them in violation of law.
Disclaimers & liability
Our site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Terms for purchased services, including any warranties, are in the client agreement.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
